Hey Bootstrappers!

I'm trying a new thing that I'm calling Office Hours. I should be available for a couple hours every evening on our new live chat app (Usually 5:30PM to 7:30PM weekdays and 9:00AM to 11:00AM Saturdays (All EDT / GMT-5:00), plus some additional hours throughout the week. Please feel welcome to ask me any questions, comments, order status requests, etc... during office hours and I will be happy to assist in real time. 

Sincere apologies, but we got a bit backed up on orders placed prior to March 13. All orders placed prior to March 13 are expected to ship on or before April 8. All orders placed after March 13 are expected to ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the order date. 

Please note: You can cancel or edit your order at any time prior to shipping Really it's totally fine and you don't even have to contact us to do that (but we're happy to help if you need us to). Just follow the order details link in your order confirmation email and click cancel order or edit order. Can't find the order confirmation email? It's probably in your promotions folder (gmail users), marketing folder (Microsoft/Office/Hotmail users) or spam folder.
