We can get a bit scatterbrained at times in our busy shop, so the absolute best way to contact us is through the chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. We rigged up an old combo amp in the shop to make a loud “Ding” when we get a message. A team member will then hop into the chat and be happy to assist!
If we’re offline or outside of our normal business hours, just enter your email and message in the chat - a customer service ticket will be generated and we’ll be in touch shortly. Another way to get an immediate response is through text at 567-240-1343.
We can also be reached through the form below, but please note that it could take us a few days to respond. Emails placed in the Chat window outside of business hours will receive a reply within 24 hours.
