Hey Bootstrappers!

Starting 5/5, I should be available for a couple hours every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on our new live chat app (5:00 PM to 9:00 PM), plus some additional hours throughout the week. If you can see the chat bubble in the bottom right, I should be online and available to talk. Please feel welcome to ask me any questions, comments, order status requests, etc... during office hours and I will be happy to assist!

I will have limited availability in the late afternoon and evening between 4/28/24 and 5/4/24. 

As of 4/27/24 are currently within our normal lead times of 4 to 6 weeks from order to ship and expect to remain so moving forward. 

Please note: You can cancel or edit your order at any time prior to shipping Really it's totally fine and you don't even have to contact us to do that (but we're happy to help if you need us to). Just follow the order details link in your order confirmation email and click cancel order or edit order. Can't find the order confirmation email? It's probably in your promotions folder (gmail users), marketing folder (Microsoft/Office/Hotmail users) or spam folder.
